Facebook Contest

We can arrange, in a joint collaboration with one of the cruise suppliers, to offer a contest prize of a cruise for two to be won by people who frequent your Facebook page and sign up with their personal information, by completing a survey. This information is then compiled and increases your customer database.

Individual Marketing Pool

We saved the best for last. Every year, the GAMA Travel group is allocated a pool of funds to be used by qualified individual agencies, in conjunction with our preferred suppliers – to advertise your individual agency in a marketing plan that you propose. These funds can be spent on online advertising, print media, door knockers, area mailings – whatever way you feel will benefit the most, as outlined in your marketing proposal. Agencies must meet sales targets to qualify.

We provide a proprietary and exclusive Customer Relations Management (CRM) system, that has been developed by our in-house IT department, along with the guidance of our experienced travel management team. Password protected and only found in our network, this tool makes your job as manager, a technological snap.

Welcome to the start-up page of the CRM, the nerve center of the system. All the information you require is a click away; sales history, customer database, cruise groups, supplier lists, commission breakdowns, marketing files and tools – just too much to list in a few sentences. Simple to use and fully integrated with all of our platforms, once you start using it you’ll wonder how you were able to live without it.

Groups module

Need to fill a few spots to reach your sales target for the free spot in your cruise group? Add it into the booking system and allow other members to offer it to their clients. Commission is shared and you retain your bonus free spot (usually obtained on the 16th ^passenger ). Win-win for all!

If you reserve a cruise group (usually a minimum of 8 cabins), with a specific cruise line and sailing date, it will appear on the GAMA Travel network website – your site and others, if you so choose. Strength in numbers.

WebTips

Add that personal after-sales touch by having a personalized email from you – to your client, automatically sent after booking. In it they’ll find details about their trip and a wide variety of travel related website links, which they can use as reference points and sources to answer questions they may have. Subsequently, upon their return, they will receive another email inquiring about their vacation and encouraging them to share their feedback with you. Keeping in close contact with your customers is essential – it is always easier and less expensive to retain a current client, then it is to seek out new ones.  

Soltec

Soltec is a purpose built accounting system, specifically created for the travel agency industry. It is linked directly into the CRM system and seamlessly works with the database to give you complete and current financial information. Annual Conference

Each year we organize an annual conference, usually spread over a couple of days, where all the members of the network are invited to gather and interact. Present are almost all of the supplier representatives that you will deal with; cruise lines, airlines, tour operators & hotel chains. Each are there to listen to your concerns, tell you about new products and services, and give you a chance to meet the people who take care of your clients. There are training sessions, cocktail receptions, dinners and even a surprise or two!
